Two injured in rollover crash south of Camdenton

Two people were injured following a Friday afternoon rollover crash between Camdenton and Lebanon.

Traffic was backed up for a short period of time on Highway 5, about 15 minutes north of Camdenton.

Troopers said a woman driving a Chevy Monte Carlo fell asleep at the wheel, crossed the center line, and hit a man driving a Ford E-450 who was driving south. at around 1:30 p.m.

The woman was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, and the man was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, both with moderate injuries.
