Woman in car grazed in the head with bullet

Police got a call about a woman with a gunshot wound to her head around 9:20 Thursday night in northeast Columbia.

Officers said it appeared the bullet grazed her head. They claim the victim, 20, was inside a car near Ballenger Lane when she heard a gunshot before she was hit.

Officials say her injuries involved a minor cut that is not life-threatening. So far, there have been no arrests or suspect descriptions.
