Chilly Saturday, warming Sunday

Temperatures will start off in the teens Saturday morning with lingering clouds early in the day. We’ll finally see some sunshine Saturday afternoon but it will remain chilly with temperatures in the low to mid 30s and light winds shifting to the south.

Temperatures will start off in the mid 20s Sunday but southerly winds will quickly warm temperatures into the 40s during the afternoon with winds increasing to near 10 mph. A few clouds will move through during the day, increasing Sunday night as another storm system approaches.

Light rain will increase after 3 AM Monday, moving in from the west. Most areas will have above freezing temperatures as the light rain moves in but areas near and north of HWY 24 will still be near the freezing mark. This could cause the rain or drizzle to freeze before temperatures warm after daybreak. Some slick areas on roads will be possible through 7 AM Monday.
