Missing duck hunter’s body found
The body of a missing Missouri duck hunter has been found.
Search teams found the body of Adam Nixson, 29, of Pleasant Hill just after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Nixson’s body was found in the water at the Four Rivers Conservation Area in Vernon County.
Nixson was reported missing on Dec. 28 after he did not return from a duck hunting trip.
The body was released to the Vernon County Coroner and transported to the Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada, Missouri.
