Columbia Police release surveillance photos amid downtown robbery investigation

Columbia Police have released three still photos from thesurveillance footage taken during last month’s robbery at the Hitt Street Mini Mart.

The robbery happened on Dec. 30 and has since been under investigation.

Two male suspects armed with a handgun entered the business and demanded money from the clerk. There were three victims inside the business at the time.

MU Alert previously tweeted that the robbery happened near the Mizzou campus.

Police are still on the lookout for the two suspects, who are described as black men in their teens or early twenties.
