Four from Louisiana charged with drug trafficking in Osage Beach

Four people from Louisiana were arrested on New Year’s Eve after authorities found evidence of a drug trafficking operation in Osage Beach.

Camden County deputies and members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group pulled over a car in the 5900 block of Osage Beach Parkway as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

Investigators found 2 pounds of meth with a street value of $35,000, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and several guns.

27-year-old Philip Pennington. 27-year-old Sir Ford, 36-year-old Kenneth Hudson, and 22-year-old Naomi Sepulvado were all arrested at the scene.

Pennington, Ford, and Hudson are all charged with drug trafficking and are being held on a $200,000 surety bond. Sepulvado is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She is being held on a $50,000 surety bond.

All four are scheduled to appear in Camden County Court on February 2.
