Man on the loose after Boone County manhunt
One person is on the loose after running from Boone County deputies Friday night.
A deputy pulled over a car for a traffic stop when the passenger of the car got out and ran, according to Deputy Tracey Cleeton.
Authorities set up a perimeter and K-9 track near Providence and Weasel Way, Cleeton said.
The man was not found and he has not been identified, according to Cleeton. Right now, deputies do not know why the man ran.
Deputies did arrest the driver, Scott Blackwell, 42, after finding drug paraphernalia in the car.
Blackwell has since bonded out of jail.
