Abundant weekend sunshine, cooling Sunday
It looks like a nice winter weekend with sunshine and seasonal temperatures. Saturday will be the warmest day with afternoon highs in the upper 30s north of I-70 to the lower 40s south. Westerly winds will increase to near 10 mph in the afternoon giving us wind chills in the lower 30s.
Winds will shift to the north Sunday, ushering in slightly colder air which will drop our high temperatures a couple degrees. Overall, Sunday looks nice for early January with mostly sunny skies and seasonal temperatures.
