Boil advisory issued for parts of Boone County
Parts of Boone County are currently under a boil advisory until Tuesday, Dec. 29 at 3 p.m.
The advisory was issued this morning, and affects customers in the Public Water Supply District No. 10.
This includes residents on Grassland School Road, Rangeline Road South of Centralia, Selby Lane, Gano Chance Road and the Panther Subdivision.
If you live in the affected area, officials say you should boil water for five minutes before drinking it. You should also turn off your ice maker, and wash dishes in clean tap water that contains one teaspoon of unscented bleach per one gallon of water.
