Former AG office official to run for Boone County commission

A former assistant attorney general for the State of Missouri has announced her campaign for Boone County Southern District Commissioner.

Brianna Lennon made the announcement early Tuesday morning. Karen Miller, who currently occupies the District I (Southern) Commissioner seat, announced in October that she will not seek reelection.

Lennon, a resident of Columbia, graduated from law school at the University of Missouri. She has worked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s office, as well as the coordinator of the Missouri Secretary of State’s Elections Integrity Unit.
