Columbia police investigate road rage shooting
Columbia police are investigating a road rage incident that ended with shots fired.
Police say it happened just before 10 p.m. on the connector. Two drivers were headed northbound on Highway 63 and reportedly started yelling at each other.
A man driving a white sedan then shot at the victim. The victim’s truck appeared to have a bullet hole. Sgt. Don Hawkins said officers were searching for a bullet or shell casing on Highway 63 and Clark Lane.
As of 11 p.m. the suspect was still at large.
