Task force: Columbia man arrested for videos showing molestation

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department Cyber Crimes Task Force confirmed a man was arrested for having child pornography after a search warrant was carried out Thursday in a home in 1500 block of Hinkson Avenue in Columbia.

It comes after the mid-Missouri agency got a cyber tip in October from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Investigators believe Justin Hull was uploading videos showing very young children being sexually molested. They think he used a personal cloud storage app.

Officials also said Hull is under investigation for the same offense in St. Louis. On Thursday his bond was also set at $10,000, under the conditions he does not have access to the internet or contact with anyone under the age of 18.
