Woman seriously injured in car crash near Fulton

A woman is recovering in the hospital after she was involved in a car crash in Callaway County Saturday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Michael Miller, 29, drove off the side of the road on County Road 202 just before 7 p.m. and hit a tree.

The passenger, Ellen Singleton, 43, was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries. The woman’s condition at the hospital was unknown as of Sunday.

The crash report said both people were not wearing a seat belt.
