Man hurt after rollover crash off I-70 near Midway exit
ABC 17 News confirmed an elderly man is hurt after a rollover crash just west of Columbia Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews told us it appears the driver suffered a seizure.
The Highway Patrol reports James Niceley, 70, from St. Charles, was taken in an ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries.
His vehicle went off the interstate around 3 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-70. It overturned right before the Midway exit onto the side road, Cunningham Drive.
Over five units responded, including ambulances and the Boone County Fire Protection District.
