Fire in downtown Moberly ruled an arson
ABC 17 News learned Thursday a previously reported fire in Moberly has been ruled an arson.
Moberly Police and the Missouri State Fire Marshal investigated the building at 316 W Reed Street that was destroyed on November 6.
Video surveillance captured the man outside the building, but he has not yet been identified.
Moberly Police ask anyone with information to call the State of Missouri Arson hotline at 1-800-39-ARSON, the Randolph County TIPS line at 660-269-8477 or Moberly Police at 660-263-0346.
Information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward.
