Parts of I-70 close for crashes west of Columbia

Cars started to move again by 9 a.m. after a crash on I-70 west of Columbia early Monday near the 123 mile marker.

The scene involved multiple vehicles and was first reported around 7:45 Monday morning, between the Midway and Stadium Boulevard interstate exits.

At one point, traffic was down to one lane heading eastbound.
