Early morning car crash kills one person
A Clarksburg man was pronounced dead after crashing his car on Route H in Moniteau County Sunday around 4 a.m.
According to the State Highway Patrol crash report, James Stone, 24, went off the right side of the road, drove over a driveway and overturned. He was ejected from his vehicle.
The report said Stone was not wearing a seat belt.
This is the second fatality for the Highway Patrol’s Troop F this month.
