Columbia Police investigating shots heard incident

Columbia Police are investigating a shots heard incident that happened on October 25.

A 17-year-old victim told police he was parked in a driveway in the 300 block of west Worley with a friend.

The victim said he saw several people standing around in front of the house. The victim was waiting in the car while his friend went into the house.

The victim said while he was in the car, 4 black men came up to the car and at least three of them showed handguns and demanded money. When he refused, two of the suspects apparently pistol whipped him.

The victim said escaped the car and ran into the house, and said the suspects ran to the back of the house and shot multiple rounds.

No one was injured and the investigation is ongoing.
