Traffic Alert: Several road projects starting next week in Mid-Missouri
MoDOT wants drivers to be aware of several road projects starting across Mid-Missouri next week.
In Boone County, drivers should expect closures in the southbound lane of Rangeline St. from Vandiver to the eastbound off ramp to I-70, and the right northbound lane of Rangeline from the entrance to Boone Electric.
Replacement of bridges over Business Loop 70, Garth Ave., and Rangeline will continue.
Road maintenance will take place on Hwy. 63 between Route B and Brown School Road on Tuesday through Thursday. One northbound lane will be open through the work zone.
Work will take place on Route 163 between Route K and Nifong will take place Thursday and Friday, and pavement repairs will occur on Highway 63 between Rangeline and Broadway in Columbia.
Road maintenance will take place on Route HH between Route B and Z Tuesday through Thursday. One lane will be open and crews will flag traffic through the area.
In Callaway County, crews will be working on I-70 between Highway 54 and the Montgomery County line.
They’ll also be working on Route OO over Highway 54 on Monday Oct. 19 and Tuesday October 20. One lane will be open and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Work will also take place on Highway 54 outer road between Route J and County Road 348 on Tuesday.
In Cole County, work will continue on the Lafayette St. Interchange.
Work will continue in the overnight hours on Highway 54 over the Missouri River on Sunday the 18th and the following Monday.
Road maintenance will take place on Monday through Friday, Oct. 23 on Route B between Highway 54 and Route 133 in Osage County.
