Columbia fire crews battle early morning trailer fire at Tubes Wheel Ranch

Firefighters battled a fire at a northeast Columbia mobile home park early Friday morning.

It happened at Tubes Wheel Ranch in the 4900 block of Brown Station Road. Columbia firefighters responded to the scene shortly after midnight Friday morning.

A viewer sent us the attached video of the fire this morning that fully engulfed the mobile home.

Fire crews said several callers reported flames coming from the residence.

Fire crews were able to extinguish the fire. However, the mobile home had significant damage to the entire structure.

The occupant was not home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. The damage estimate is $10,000. The fire is currently being investigated.
