Boonville Police arrest two for allegedly growing, selling pot

Two people were arrested Tuesday in Boonville after officers searched a home at 1025 Taylor Drive.

Officers found about 1.25 pounds of high grade marijuana, equipment for growing marijuana, a gun, ammunition, and items used for selling, packaging, and smoking pot.

27-year-old Jessica Corley of Boonville and 30-year-old Derrick Coady of Columbia were arrested for attempt to manufacture a controlled substance, accessory possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, accessory possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Each of their bonds are set at $50,000.
