DGB arrested in southeast Missouri for a speeding ticket

Top prospect and former Mizzou wide-receiver, Dorial Green-Beckham, 22, was briefly taken into custody last week for an unpaid speeding ticket from near the Lake of the Ozarks.

ABC Nashville affiliate WKRN is reporting Van Buren police stopped Green-Beckham on Wednesday for going 65 mph in a 55 mph zone along Highway 60 in southeast Missouri. Officers ran his license and found out he had an active warrant for speeding in Osage Beach.

Green-Beckham paid the $92.48 for the old ticket. He was given a written warning in the latest case and released.

Green-Beckham, a Springfield native, was removed from the MU football team in April 2014, following several run-ins with the law.
