Man injured in crash while swerving to avoid deer

One man is hurt after a car crash in Randolph County Sunday.

It happened around 6:15 a.m. on Highway 63 about one mile north of Moberly.

Matthew Bragg, 45, of Cairo swerved to avoid hitting a deer in the road, spun and turned over in the median, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Emergency crews took Bragg to University Hospital. Braggs was released from the Emergency Room Sunday afternoon.
