Mid-Missouri student collapses during gym class
The superintendent at the Centralia R-VI school district confirmed an 8th grade student was taken away in an ambulance Friday morning after collapsing during P.E. class.
Emergency crews were called around 9 a.m. Friday. They took the middle school student to a healthcare facility, but officials did not have any further details about a condition.
The student’s parents have also been notified about the incident.
