Electronic waste collection set for this weekend in Columbia
An electronic waste collection event is scheduled for this weekend in Columbia.
The City of Columbia, Mid-Missouri Recycling, and Home Depot will host the event on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon on the parking lot of the Home Depot on Clark Lane.
Most electronics, including computers, printers, keyboards, laptops, cell phones, speakers, telephones, car batteries, washers, dryers, stoves, and radios will be accepted.
There will be a small fee for the following items:
Monitors: $5
TVs under 27″: $20.00
TVs over 27″: $30.00
Copiers: $25.00
Microwaves: $5.00
No tires will be accepted.
