University of Missouri releases annual crime report
The University of Missouri Tuesday released its annual safety and security report.
The report addresses reporting crimes and other emergencies, as well as information about the University’s emergency response and evacuation procedures.
There is an in-depth section about the University’s response to sexual and gender violence, which has taken the spotlight recently.
Further in the report, the University breaks down its annual crime stats.
Following are some of the crime statistics from 2014 from incidents that happened on campus and near campus:
Rape: 18
Fondling: 8
Robbery: 3
Aggravated Assault: 11
Burglary: 19
Vehicle Theft: 3
Liquor Law Arrests: 274
Drug Law Arrests: 179
Weapons Arrests: 2
Arson: 5
Domestic Violence: 8
Stalking: 8
