Car crashes into horse and buggy in Morgan County

A 20-year-old Versailles woman is recovering after a car crashed into her horse and buggy Saturday afternoon on Route C.

The crash happened near Gracey Creek Road just after 5 p.m.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a car was traveling behind the horse and buggy. As the buggy slowed down to turn right, troopers said the car crashed into the back of it.

The woman was treated at the scene for her injuries.
