Troopers respond to rollover crash north of Jefferson City

ABC 17 confirmed the Missouri Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an apparent one-car rollover crash Thursday evening just north of the Missouri River and Jefferson City.

The car hit a highway sign before coming to a rest on its roof in the median.

It happened before 5:45 p.m. on southbound Highway 63 just north of Highway 54.

The state patrol tells ABC 17 News it appears the driver was the only person in the car.

MoDot crews are also removing the sign.

More updates about the victim’s injuries are expected after talking with troopers at the scene.
