Three arrested for drugs in Callaway County

Three people were arrested in Fulton following a burglary investigation in the 6600 block of State Route NN Saturday.

While investigating the burglary, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department obtained a search warrant for another home in the 6600 block of State Route NN in reference to the burglary.

Deputies found several bags of suspected methamphetamine in a safe along with drug paraphernalia and other stolen items.

Daniel Infield, 25, and Barbara Infield, 26, were arrested for possession of narcotics.

At the same time, another suspect in the overall investigation was arrested as well.

A deputy located Russell Moore Jr., 25, near State Road O and County Road 131. Moore resisted arrest and fled from the deputy, but was soon arrested. Deputies found 36 grams of methamphetamine inside Moore’s car.

Daniel Infield is facing possible charges of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance with a $25,000 bond. Barbara Infield is facing possible charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence in a felony investigation with a $10,000 bond.

Moore is facing possible charges of distribution of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and four counts of forgery. His bond is set at $40,000.

All three are in the Callaway County Jail.

The MUSTANG drug task force is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
