Trial delayed for woman accused of killing father, girlfriend
The murder trial for a woman accused of killing her father and his girlfriend has been delayed.
Jury selection in Susan Van Note’s trial was set to start on Monday in Lebanon, but was pushed back.
The delay comes after a mistrial back in June.
Van Note is charged with two counts of first degree murder and forgery in the deaths.
She’s accused of shooting and killing the couple at their vacation home at the Lake of the Ozarks.
