Miller Co. woman accused of killing baby appears in court
A Miller County woman accused of killing her baby appeared in court Wednesday for a pre-trial conference.
Emily Usnick is charged with second degree murder, endangering the welfare of a child, and abandonment of a corpse among other charges.
Her jury trial is set to begin on September 28 in Tuscumbia.
