Woman accused of raping 13-year-old boy
A Sedalia woman has been accused of raping a 13-year-old boy in Pettis County.
Court documents claim on July 20, a woman reported that her 13-year-old son had sex with 20-year-old Nicole Porter.
In an interview with investigators, Porter admitted to drinking with the boy at her home on Southwood Drive, and having sex with the boy twice while knowing he is a minor.
Last week, the couple Porter was living with came to the sheriff’s department to turn over a notebook belonging to Porter.
After getting a warrant to search the book, investigators read, “we kissed, hugged, held hands, for sake we had sex, I’m happy, but not happy about it.”
The boy was interviewed Monday. He told investigators he had sex with Porter twice at her home.
The boy said he was forced to drink alcohol, and said Porter and her roommate threatened to hurt him if he refused.
The boy said once he was drunk, Porter took him to her room where she took off her clothes and then took off his.
Court documents said the boy told her to stop while she pinned him down, choked, and straddled him, forcing him to have sex.
On Tuesday, Porter confirmed the notebook was hers.
However, Porter denied forcing the boy into sex, and said her roommate provided the alcohol.
Porter is currently in the Pettis County Jail for one count of statutory rape of a minor.
