Brian Adkison back in Boone Co. court
The suspect in a Boone County sexual assault case is back in court Monday afternoon.
Brian Adkison is charged with forcible rape and deviate sexual assault. Adkison has a hearing Monday ahead of his retrial.
A judge declared a mistrial back in January after the jury couldn’t reach a verdict.
There have also been two mistrials in northwest Missouri for a kidnapping case he faces.
Adkison heads to trial next week.
