Woman charged in Mid-Missouri crash
A woman is now charged in the death of a man after a crash in Boone Co.
Prosecutors have charged Nicole Weddington with involuntary manslaughter.
Court documents ABC 17 News obtained show she was on cocaine and marijuana at the time of the crash, and distracted.
The crash happened back in March in the 5300 block of Route B.
The passenger in the vehicle Weddington was driving was killed after she ran into the back of another car that had slowed down to turn right.
Court documents claim Weddington is not in custody, and her license is suspended.
