Gunfire damages home in north Columbia

Sunday, a home is damaged in north Columbia after multiple shots are fired.

Columbia police responded to Currituck Lane and Bodie Drive just after 2:15 p.m. Police on scene said multiple suspects fired eight to ten shots at a home on Greenboro Drive.

Police said as the suspects drove away, a neighbor confronted the car. The suspects reportedly pointed a gun at the neighbor, who then fired his own gun at the vehicle three times.

Police said no one was hurt. No arrests have been made at this time.
