Preliminary autopsy results released on body found in Missouri River
Preliminary autopsy results have been released on a body that was pulled from the Missouri River on Monday.
The body was first spotted Monday morning near Cooper’s Landing in Boone County.
It was recovered a few hours later near Hartsburg.
Authorities told ABC 17 News the medical examiner found no visible signs of foul play.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing, and they’re still waiting for toxicology results.
