Cooper’s Landing affected by flood waters
Cooper’s Landing in Boone County was impacted by flooding Wednesday afternoon.
A mudslide forced the closure of Easley River Road after a tree fell across the roadway.
Residents living around the road are concerned they may get stuck if more rain moves in.
County officials are asking drivers in the area to use Hatchery Road to get to Cooper’s Landing.
