Deputies release results of Mid-Missouri DWI checkpoints

Results of two DWI checkpoints in Mid-Missouri were released Wednesday.

Deputies in Cole and Boone counties held the checkpoints Saturday night.

Of the 12 cars pulled over in Cole Co., no one was cited for a DWI.

Deputies there gave out one speed violation, 2 seat belt violations, and one uninsured driver violation.

Boone County deputies arrested one person for DWI that night, and pulled over 26 cars.

There were three drug arrests, two speed citations, and 2 seat belt violations.
