City of Columbia suing dinner train

A failed Mid-Missouri business is no longer on city of Columbia property Friday.

ABC 17 News reported Thursday night the company still owes customers money for tickets purchased before the train stopped running.

Crews hauled off the Columbia Star Dinner train Friday, the city is suing the company for ending their contract.

The man ABC 17 News interviewed Thursday bought $400 worth of tickets last fall, and still hasn’t been refunded.
