Former Columbia high school choir director pleads guilty to harassment
A former Hickman High School choir director last Monday pleaded guilty to harassment charges.
Matthew Felts pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor harassment after calling and texting a woman repeatedly.
Court documents said Felts would also wait outside her house and called her boyfriend.
