Columbia Police adds Chaplain services

The Columbia Police Department announced Friday it plans to add Chaplain services.

The Chaplains program was established to provide spiritual and emotional support for all members of the department.

Chaplains will be available for counseling and guidance for officers as well as their families.

Department Chaplains are Fr. Francis Doyle of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Pastor Jeremy Risner of C2 Christian Chapel, Preacher Rob Gaskin of Karis Church, and Pastor Like Stockeland of Open Door Baptist Church.
