Man arrested after sexual assault at rehab center
A Columbia man is still in the Boone Co. Jail after allegedly assaulting a teenager in a rehab center.
The incident happened over the weekend at Phoenix House in Columbia.
The victim told officers Andrew Logan woke him up and put his hands in his pants.
He said Logan locked the bedroom door.
Logan was arrested on sexual misconduct charges.
