Utility payments now easier for Fulton residents

The City of Fulton is now trying to give residents greater access to their utility information.

The city has now unveiled a new web portal for utility customers.

The online utility kiosk allows customers to chart their monthly, daily, and hourly energy usage, as well as the cost for each category.

The goal is to help residents find ways to reduce their monthly utility bills.

It will also help the electric department better trace the origin of outages.
