Columbia Police Respond to Disturbance
Three people were detained by Columbia police Friday night following a disturbance.
It happened at Heather Ridge Apartments on West Broadway.
Columbia police say the disturbance was over the custody of a child and the situation is under control. The child remains in the custody of her mother.
