City of Columbia back up after being attacked again Monday moring

ABC 17 News confirmed the city of Columbia’s website was under attack again Monday morning, leaving the site inaccessible.
Mark Neckerman, the city’s assistant IT director, told ABC 17 News his department was working to combat the DDOS attack.
It is the second such attack on the city’s site in less than a week.
