Police car involved in crash

A police patrol car was involved in a car accident in Columbia Wednesday night. The accident happened at around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Rangeline Street and Brown School Road.

Police officials say a vehicle traveling northbound on Rangeline t-boned a patrol car on the driver’s side.

The officer was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
