Man with 3 prior DWIs arrested for drunk driving

A man with 3 prior DWI arrests was arrested Wednesday afternoon for drunk driving and driving on a revoked license.

Fulton Police pulled over 60-year-old James Hall for speeding through a school zone and almost hitting a person in a marked crosswalk.

Hall was arrested for felony DWI as an aggravated offender and driving while revoked. He is not supposed to gain his driving privilege until 2022.

Hall was taken to the Callaway County Jail on a $4,800 bond.
