Crews working multi-car crash on I-70

Part of I-70 was blocked Friday evening after multiple car crashes in the eastbound lanes near the connector.

Several pile-ups were reported at 5:15 p.m. starting around I-70 and the Business Loop near Highway 63.

According to emergency scanner traffic, as many as five people were taken to the hospital.
