Man arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting son, daughter

A former Pulaski County man was arrested Thursday after allegedly sexually assaulting two teenagers.

A complaint was filed in Pulaski County alleging 34-year-old Neil Couillard sexually assaulted his 14-year-old son.

Both Couillard and the victim recently moved to Wright County, where detectives
investigated accusations against him Thursday.

When they arrived to his residence in Wright County, detectives learned Couillard’s
teenage daughter had also allegedly been assaulted by him.

Couillard was arrested in Laclede County for incest, sodomy, and deviate sexual intercourse.

He is being held in the Pulaski County Jail on $1,000,000 cash bond, and has had a previous conviction for a sex-related crime. Couillard is a registered sex offender.
