Fulton man arrested, sent to state hospital

A Fulton man was arrested and taken to the Fulton State Hospitalafter destroying property in the Callaway County Hospital Wednesday.

Dominic Gines allegedly damaged parts of the therapy office with a metal pipe,and threatened a police officer with the pipe before he was arrested.

Gines was charged with felony property damage, felony assault on law enforcement, assault on law enforcement, felony resisting arrest, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Damage to the property at the Callaway Co. Hospital was estimated at $10,000.
